Airspace — Terms of Use

The short version

Airspace is made by Flotilla Labs. You may use it on the Apple devices you own or control. We do not claim anything you create with it — your data is yours, and the app can export it.

Your licence

• You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Airspace on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's Media Services Terms (the standard EULA applies to this app).
• Please do not resell, rent out, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.
• The licence lasts as long as you comply with these terms.

What you pay

Free: airspace checks & preflight checklist, forever. Pro $19.99/year: offline area packs, multi-point TFR watch, Part 107 flight log.

• Auto-renewing. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase, and again at each renewal.
• Cancel in one tap in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. The app links you straight there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs out as paid for.
• Nothing you already have moves behind the paywall. If your subscription lapses, the free tier keeps working.

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are Apple's to give — ask via reportaproblem.apple.com. We never see your payment details.

Your data

What we do and do not collect is spelled out on the privacy page. In short: no account, no ads, no data brokers. You can export your data from inside the app, and deleting the app deletes what lived on your device.

What this app is not

Airspace is a tool, not professional advice. It is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Flotilla Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will say so before the change applies to you. Continuing to use it afterwards means you accept the new terms.
