Airspace — Terms of Use

The short version
Airspace is made by Flotilla Labs. You may use it on the Apple devices you own or control. We do not claim anything you create with it — your data is yours.
Your licence
- Your use of Airspace is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these terms supplement it. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.
- Please do not resell, rent out, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.
- The licence lasts as long as you comply with these terms.
What you pay
Free: airspace checks, the preflight checklist and TFR watch on pinned points. Airspace Pro — $19.99/year, auto-renewing: offline area packs and the Part 107 flight log.
- Auto-renewing. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase, and again at each renewal.
- Cancel in one tap in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs out as paid for.
- Nothing you already have moves behind the paywall. If your subscription lapses, the free tier keeps working.
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are Apple’s to give — ask via reportaproblem.apple.com. We never see your payment details.

Airspace is a lookup tool, not an official source. Temporary flight restrictions and airspace data can change faster than any app can refresh. Always verify with official FAA publications and NOTAMs before flying. Never make flight-safety decisions on this app alone.
Fair use
Don’t use Airspace to break the law, to harm others, or to disrupt our service or anyone else’s. We may suspend service abuse; your own data stays yours either way.
Your data
What we do and do not collect is spelled out on the privacy page. In short: no account, no ads, no data brokers.
Warranty & liability
Airspace is a tool, not professional advice. It is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Flotilla Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will say so before the change applies to you. Continuing to use it afterwards means you accept the new terms.
