The short version
Figure Ledger is made by Flotilla Labs. You may use it on the Apple devices you own or control. We do not claim anything you create with it — your data is yours.
Your licence
- Your use of Figure Ledger is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these terms supplement it. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.
- Please do not resell, rent out, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.
- The licence lasts as long as you comply with these terms.
What you pay
Free up to 10 open orders. One-time purchase — $16.99 — for unlimited. No subscription.
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are Apple’s to give — ask via reportaproblem.apple.com. We never see your payment details.

Amounts you record are your own bookkeeping — the app does not fetch prices, valuations or shop data from anywhere.
Fair use
Don’t use Figure Ledger to break the law, to harm others, or to disrupt our service or anyone else’s. We may suspend service abuse; your own data stays yours either way.
Your data
What we do and do not collect is spelled out on the privacy page. In short: no account, no ads, no data brokers.
Warranty & liability
Figure Ledger is a tool, not professional advice. It is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Flotilla Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will say so before the change applies to you. Continuing to use it afterwards means you accept the new terms.
